We, Marcel, Martine and our daughter Kiki, emigrated from the Netherlands, North Brabant to Andalusia in the spring of 2023 with our tomcat Casper. After a search along the coast of Granada and Malaga, we finally settled in Almáchar where we fell in love with the atmosphere and appearance of the house, the view, the free feeling it gives and the lively town of Almáchar 5 minutes away made it complete.
We worked very hard for a year and a half to completely renovate and furnish the house and the apartment and of course to further develop the garden. We love the mostly wonderful weather, the relaxed atmosphere and relaxed lifestyle that this region has to offer, the fantastic view of the mountains, the beautiful beaches where you can end a day of sunbathing with a snack and a drink in a cozy bar or restaurant. We are very happy with our beautiful place.
